AmTrust International are currently looking for a Reward Consultant to join our team based in the city of London.
This is a newly created role which will form part of a small team providing reward and benefits advice and support across the AmTrust International portfolio. This is a blended role which will include both BAU and project work, including benchmarking compensation against market, job evaluation, salary range development, development of specific/local reward initiatives and delivery of the annual reward and benefit cycle processes.
To be successful in this role, you will have experience across compensation and benefits, with specific experience of Willis Towers Watson job evaluation, levelling or salary benchmarking frameworks.
