The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
We are currently looking for a Team Manager to join us, based within reach of our Nottingham office.
Responsible for overseeing and managing the property claims process, this role involves leading a team of adjusters, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring the efficient and fair handling of claims.
Exact duties will include but are not limited to:
- Overseeing the processing and settlement of property claims
- Ensuring all claims are handled in accordance with policy, procedure and within industry regulation.
- Manage mentor and develop a team of claims adjusters
- Foster a collaborative environment
- Maintain focus on managing claims costs & expenses working to financial objectives.
To be successful in this role you will need to be able to demonstrate good leadership, communication and interpersonal skills within a professional environment – but not necessarily within your current job. Have experience within the claims environment and be proficient with claims management systems and MS office. Claims experience within the property space is essential.
