We are currently looking for a Trainee Claims Handler to join us, based within reach of our Nottingham office. This customer facing role is to support our Property claims team managing a portfolio of insurance claims from initial notification to final resolution.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

  • You will investigate allocated claims, which includes gathering information and assessing the extent of the loss or damage.
  • Makes sound decisions based on the available information, own experience and consideration of all possible outcomes.
  • Keep accurate and complete records of communications and business transactions in accordance with company procedures.
  • Carry out all work in accordance with agreed service standards and FCA regulations.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has built strong customer service, communication or administrative skills and is keen to develop a long-term career within the insurance industry. We're looking for someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills who enjoys building positive relationships and delivering outstanding customer service.
