What You'll Be Doing
As a Solicitor Apprentice, you'll gain hands‑on experience working alongside legal professionals, supporting litigation and legal activities while studying towards a recognised solicitor qualification. You'll develop practical legal skills, build commercial awareness, and learn how legal decisions are made in real‑world situations.
- Support litigation matters – assist with claims, disputes, and legal case management activities across a variety of cases
- Prepare legal documents – help draft letters of claim, court papers, witness statements, and other legal documentation
- Review and assess cases – learn how to evaluate case prospects, identify key issues, and support legal recommendations
- Communicate professionally – act as a point of contact for policyholders, solicitors, and other stakeholders by phone and in writing
- Manage case information – compile, process, and maintain accurate case records, evidence, and supporting documentation
- Work collaboratively – support the Legal and Claims teams while building relationships across the wider business
- Develop legal expertise – attend university as part of your apprenticeship programme while applying your learning in a professional environment
- Ensure compliance – learn and operate in line with legal, regulatory, and professional standards

Entry Requirements
- Minimum of 3 A‑Levels at grade BBB or above
- GCSE Maths and English at Grade 4/C or above
