Location & Work Model: Hybrid – based in London.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver accurate, timely and insightful reporting across our quota share reinsurance platform.
  • Prepare the quarterly report to be presented to the CFO.
  • Ensure data accuracy, support reconciliation and settlement processes.
  • Collaborate closely with underwriting, finance, actuarial and external partners.
  • Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives across the team.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Strong analytical mindset and passion for working with data within an insurance environment.
  • Experience in insurance data, reporting or analytics roles.
  • Advanced Excel skills including complex data manipulation and pivot tables.
  • Ability to manage deadlines and communicate with stakeholders at all levels.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience in reinsurance reporting or calculations, particularly across quota share or excess of loss.
