The Robotic Polishing Operator is responsible for safely setting up, operating and monitoring automated polishing work cells while maintaining established quality and productivity requirements.
This hands-on role offers a 2nd shift (1:55 PM - 10:00 PM, Monday-Friday) with overtime as needed. Training consists of approximately 2-4 weeks on 1st or 3rd shift, depending on availability. Base pay is $19.30+ per hour, with a $1.50 per hour shift differential.
