About the Company

Amtivo is expanding rapidly across the UK & Ireland, and we’re looking for a Partnerships Lead to grow and manage our partner ecosystem — from ISO consultants to software providers and strategic third‑party organisations.

What You’ll Do

  • Build, onboard, and nurture ISO consultant partnerships.
  • Develop software partner relationships, co‑marketing initiatives, and lead‑sharing programmes.
  • Create strategic partnerships with insurers, accountancy networks, legal firms, and trade associations.
  • Deliver partner events, campaigns, and joint activities that generate high‑quality leads.
  • Manage partner performance, reporting, and CRM activity (HubSpot).
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to ensure seamless lead flow and conversion.

What Success Looks Like

Within your first year, you’ll be driving measurable growth in partner‑generated leads, onboarding high‑quality partners, and delivering impactful events. Longer term, you’ll build a scalable, repeatable partnership model across the UK & Ireland.

About You

  • Experience in partnerships, channel management, or business development (B2B, certification, SaaS, or professional services).
  • Understanding of ISO, compliance, or assurance frameworks (ISO 9001, 27001, 14001 desirable).
  • A track record of partner‑led lead generation and co‑marketing success.
  • Strong communication, relationship‑building, and senior‑level stakeholder skills.
  • Confidence presenting, negotiating, and building trust.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot or similar CRM tools.
  • Bonus points for: experience with consultants, SaaS providers, regulated industries, or event/partner programme management.
