Amtivo is expanding rapidly across the UK & Ireland, and we are looking for a Partnerships Lead to grow and manage our partner ecosystem â from ISO consultants to software providers and strategic thirdâparty organisations.
What You'll Do
- Build, onboard, and nurture ISO consultant partnerships.
- Develop software partner relationships, co-marketing initiatives, and leadâsharing programmes.
- Create strategic partnerships with insurers, accountancy networks, legal firms, and trade associations.
- Deliver partner events, campaigns, and joint activities that generate highâquality leads.
- Manage partner performance, reporting, and CRM activity (HubSpot).
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to ensure seamless lead flow and conversion.
What Success Looks Like
Within your first year, you'll be driving measurable growth in partnerâgenerated leads, onboarding highâquality partners, and delivering impactful events. Longer term, you'll build a scalable, repeatable partnership model across the UK & Ireland.
About You
We're looking for someone who brings:
- Experience in partnerships, channel management, or business development (B2B, certification, SaaS, or professional services).
- Understanding of ISO, compliance, or assurance frameworks (ISO 9001, 27001, 14001 desirable).
- A track record of partnerâled lead generation and coâmarketing success.
- Strong communication, relationshipâbuilding, and seniorâlevel stakeholder skills.
- Confidence presenting, negotiating, and building trust.
- Proficiency with HubSpot or similar CRM tools.
Bonus points for: experience with consultants, SaaS providers, regulated industries, or event/partner programme management.
