Working closely with Group Finance, local finance teams, IT, and external partners, you’ll drive continuous improvement, automation, and system‑led transformation across the business.
What You’ll Be Doing

- Maintain and optimise integrations with other systems (e.g. CRM, billing, expenses, payroll)
- Ensure system integrity, data accuracy, and platform reliability
- Manage relationships with external vendors, consultants, and implementation partners
- Identify and deliver opportunities to streamline and standardise finance processes across the Group
- Lead system‑enabled improvements across record‑to‑report, order‑to‑cash, procure‑to‑pay, and financial close
- Reduce manual effort through automation, reporting enhancements, and smart system configuration
- Build scalable processes to support a fast‑growing business
- Lead the finance systems integration of newly acquired businesses
- Manage data migrations, chart of accounts alignment, and system set‑up
- Ensure timely and accurate consolidation of post‑acquisition financial data
- Support statutory, management, and board reporting through effective system design
- Develop system‑based reports and dashboards for Group‑wide use
- Ensure strong controls, audit trails, and compliance with accounting and internal control standards
- Support internal and external audit activity relating to systems
- Act as a key point of contact for finance system queries across the Group
- Deliver training and guidance to improve user adoption and capability
- Translate business and finance requirements into practical system solutions
What We’re Looking For
- Strong hands‑on experience supporting NetSuite in a finance environment
- Background in finance systems, systems accounting, or financial transformation roles
- Strong interest and experience using technology and AI to drive efficiency in fast‑growing groups
- Solid understanding of finance processes and accounting principles
- Proven experience delivering process improvement and system‑led change
- Experience with system integrations and/or data migrations
- Confident stakeholder manager with excellent communication skills
- Comfortable working independently in a remote‑first role
- Experience integrating acquired businesses into Group finance systems
- Background in multi‑entity and/or international environments, including multi‑currency
- Knowledge of APIs, middleware, or finance system integrations
- Experience with additional finance tools (FP&A, consolidation, expenses, etc.)
- Project management or multi‑stakeholder delivery experience
- Accounting qualification or part‑qualified (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
About You
- Proactive, pragmatic, and solutions‑focused
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to see the bigger picture
- Comfortable working through change and ambiguity
- Collaborative, with the ability to engage finance and non‑finance stakeholders alike
