We're looking for a
Sales Operations Executive to play a key role in supporting our Sales Team, ensuring opportunities are managed efficiently, clients receive outstanding service, and our systems and processes run smoothly.

About the Role
As a Sales Operations Executive, you'll be the engine behind our sales operation, ensuring leads, enquiries and customer requests are processed accurately and efficiently.
You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance and wider business teams to support revenue growth, maintain excellent service standards and drive continuous improvement across our sales processes.
You'll also act as a key administrator for Hub Spot, supporting users across the organisation and helping maximise the value of our CRM platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Allocate new sales leads to Account Executives and relevant teams in line with agreed processes and service levels.
- Monitor and manage enquiries generated through marketing campaigns.
- Support the timely transfer of client business from other Certification Bodies.
- Process Partner Programme referral payments accurately and on time.
- Assist the Sales Operations Manager with a variety of operational and reporting activities.
- Monitor customer feedback and help identify opportunities for service enhancement.
- Support the delivery of sales and cross-sales objectives across the business.
- Continually identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality and customer outcomes.
- Hub Spot Administration
- Act as a Hub Spot Super Admin and primary point of contact for CRM support.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, teams and security settings.
- Maintain system health, data quality and overall platform performance.
- Support users across multiple departments with Hub Spot queries and troubleshooting.
- Deliver onboarding and ongoing training for Hub Spot users.
- Escalate and resolve CRM-related issues effectively.
- Customer Support
- Provide information on relevant consultancy and support services.
- Ensure customers receive accurate, timely and helpful information throughout their journey.
- Contribute to maintaining exceptional levels of customer satisfaction.

- Ability to work accurately and manage competing priorities.
- Experience supporting sales or commercial teams.
- Knowledge of customer service and lead management processes.
