About the Role
We\βre looking for a motivated and curious
Business Development Representative (BDR)
to join our growing commercial team.
Your mission is to be the
first point of contact
for new inbound leads β engaging prospects, qualifying their needs, and ensuring every opportunity is directed to the right specialist or sales channel.
This is a key role at the front of our sales funnel: you\βll represent our brand with professionalism, ensure a great first experience for every prospect, and uncover wider opportunities within their business.
Key Responsibilities
Respond quickly
to inbound leads from web forms, campaigns, and partner referrals.
Qualify prospects
using clear criteria (company size, sector, certification needs, urgency, and buying stage).
Route leads
to the appropriate team β whether SME, Mid-Market, or Enterprise β based on product type and opportunity size.
Explore deeper opportunities
within the business (e.g., additional certifications, training, or related services).
Maintain accurate records
of all interactions in HubSpot CRM, ensuring complete data capture and activity logging.
