Job Purpose

We are looking for a dedicated Compliance Technical Administrator to join our PAS 2030 Service Delivery team. This role provides crucial administrative support across multiple departments, from Operations and Planning through to Complaints. You will act as the first point of contact, ensuring seamless communication and contributing to the efficiency of our service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Senior PAS 2030 Compliance Executive in maintaining appropriate technical, professional training and development plans for all departments to ensure records are up to date in line with UKAS requirements
  • Work with the Senior PAS 2030 Compliance Executive to proactively develop and maintain strong communication channels with all relevant internal departments and external stakeholders (Trustmark / Green Orb / BEIS, etc.). Enabling relationships to be positive and effective for all stakeholders, supporting the growth of the business against its target and 3YP
  • Gain an understanding of our obligation in maintaining ISO 17065 (PAS 2030 related), which is essential for UKAS requirements and the continued success of the PAS business
  • Maintain regular contact with the inspection team and highlight any issues relating to competency across both employed and contracted resources, ensuring we have the appropriate resource based on client demand and market changes
  • Ensure inspection audits are completed in line with business targets and KPI’s supporting the continued success of the business reputation with external stakeholders
  • Support the Senior PAS 2030 Compliance Executive in the continued monitoring and recording of PAS-related data, enabling the effective production of reports for key internal stakeholders

Skills & Knowledge

  • Proficiencyin Microsoft Office : Experience using Word, Excel, and Outlook is essential
  • Effective Communication : Strong written and verbal skills, with the ability to communicate confidently with a diverse range of clients, including vulnerable individuals
  • Customer Service : Ability to handle client interactions tactfully, balancing empathy with assertiveness when necessary

  • Play a vital role in supporting the PAS 2030 / MCS Service Delivery team by handling customer enquiries efficiently and improving team workflow
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Monitor and report system and process issues, ensuring they are highlighted for improvement
