This role is well suited to someone who enjoys starting with a blank canvas. You'll be involved in taking new applications from initial idea through to working product, with plenty of scope to make decisions around how they're designed, structured and developed. There's also a strong focus on modern AI-assisted development. We're looking for someone already using tools such as Codex, Claude Code or Cursor extensively as part of their day-to-day workflow — not just for code suggestions, but to increase development capacity, solve problems faster and ultimately deliver more.
