Software Engineer (.NET / React / AI) Birmingham | Hybrid Working Full time Permanent Salary: Up to 65,000 We re looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer to join a growing in-house development team with a strong pipeline of new software to build. This role is well suited to someone who enjoys starting with a blank canvas. You ll be involved in taking new applications from initial idea through to working product, with plenty of scope to make decisions around how they re designed, structured and developed. There s also a strong focus on modern AI-assisted development. We re looking for someone already using tools such as Codex, Claude Code or Cursor extensively as part of their day-to-day workflow not just for code suggestions, but to increase development capacity, solve problems faster and ultimately deliver more. The business is rebuilding and modernising core systems, moving towards a more product-led approach and creating new applications from the ground up.
