As the business continues to expand through M&A, they are looking for an M&A Integration Coordinator to play a central role in bringing newly acquired businesses into the wider organisation.
The integration team manages a steady pipeline of acquisitions, ranging from straightforward integrations through to larger, more complex programmes. This role will take ownership of those sitting in the middle β acquisitions that require someone to get under the skin of the incoming business, understand how it operates and coordinate the activity required to successfully integrate it. What the role involves When a new business joins the organisation, information can be spread across different teams, systems and suppliers. A major part of your role will be bringing that information together, identifying gaps and building a clear picture of what needs to happen next. You will be responsible for: Understanding how each acquired business operates, including its systems, processes, service arrangements and internal responsibilities. Mapping the external vendors, providers and suppliers the business relies upon.
