An established organisation is looking for a Payroll Analyst to join its Business Systems team supporting a large-scale Oracle Fusion ERP environment. This role will focus on the ongoing support, optimisation, and continuous improvement of Oracle Fusion HCM and Payroll modules, while also supporting quarterly releases, testing cycles, and system enhancements.

You will work closely with HR, Payroll, IT teams, and support partners to ensure the platform continues to operate effectively and evolves with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide 1st line support for Oracle Fusion HCM & Payroll
  • Support quarterly Oracle release reviews, testing, and deployments
  • Maintain and configure Oracle Fusion modules including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Recruit, Learn, Time & Absence, and Remuneration
  • Assist with issue resolution and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Maintain testing documentation and release plans
  • Support integrations and system data flows
  • Deliver guidance and training to HR and Payroll users
  • Manage incidents and updates through ServiceNow
Experience Required
  • 3+ years experience within an Oracle support environment
  • Strong Oracle Fusion HCM & Payroll functional support experience
  • Experience supporting quarterly Oracle release cycles
  • Background in customer support and incident management
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively across business and IT teams
Desirable Experience
  • Agile or Waterfall project methodology exposure
  • Previous project delivery experience
  • HR, Payroll, IT, or Business Systems related qualification
  • Exposure to Oracle Redwood functionality
