An excellent permanent role with a leading UK organisation, you will lead internal business and digital change initiatives, such as CRM, HR, Case Management systems, benefitting teams across the organisation. This is a great opportunity if you enjoy helping the business adopt, embed and realise the benefits of systems, processes and change, not just managing project plans.

You will play a key role in shaping and delivering a wide range of Business, Process and Digital Change activities, such as new CRM, HR, Case Management, Facilities systems, working closely with Product specialists, BAs, 3rd parties and a forward‐thinking IT & Change leadership team. This role is ideal for someone who has delivered projects but is passionate about stakeholder engagement, business readiness, process change and guiding people through change.

What you will be involved in:

  • Leading business change activities across Business Operations, Back Office systems, Digital tools and Data initiatives
  • Shaping change impact assessments, communications, training and adoption plans
  • Ensuring teams are ready for new processes, systems or ways of working
  • Driving stakeholder engagement across multiple levels of the organisation
  • Supporting BAs and Product teams in translating change into tangible business outcomes
  • Coordinating delivery activity (waterfall or agile) including planning, 3rd party management and reporting

What we are looking for:

  • Strong experience delivering change initiatives, not just technical or project‐only work
  • A focus on people, process and behavioural change
  • Confident working across multiple stakeholders, business areas and dependencies
  • Experience producing key delivery artefacts (plans, PIDs, reporting), but with a heavy emphasis on business change and adoption

This is a full‐time, permanent role paying up to £75,000 + bonus and benefits, with hybrid working (2-3 days per week in the London office).
