We’re working with a well-established organisation looking to add an HRIS Specialist to its HR technology function.
This is a hands-on role focused on the day-to-day ownership, support and continuous improvement of the organisation’s HR systems. You’ll work across HR, Payroll and L&D, helping ensure systems are reliable, data is accurate, and processes are as efficient as possible.
It would suit someone who already has good experience working with HRIS platforms and wants a role where they can take greater ownership of systems, enhancements and HR technology projects.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting and maintaining core HR systems across the organisation, ensuring system reliability, security and data integrity.
- Acting as a key point of contact for HRIS queries, troubleshooting system issues and supporting users across HR, Payroll and L&D.
- Configuring and implementing system changes, enhancements, new modules and upgrades.
- Supporting integrations between HR platforms and wider business systems.
- Working with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate these into practical system solutions.
- Supporting HR technology projects through requirements gathering, testing, UAT, implementation and rollout.
- Producing and maintaining HR reports and dashboards to support operational and strategic decision-making.
- Identifying opportunities to improve HR processes, workflows and system functionality.
- Maintaining high standards of HR data quality, governance and GDPR compliance.
- Providing guidance and training to users to improve adoption and effective use of HR systems.
- Exploring opportunities to introduce further automation and emerging technology across HR processes.
What We’re Looking For
You’ll have previous experience working in an HRIS / HR Systems focused role.
- HRIS administration, configuration and ongoing system support
- System upgrades, enhancements and implementations
- HR system integrations
- Troubleshooting system and data issues
- Reporting and HR data analysis
- Requirements gathering, testing and UAT
- Process improvement and workflow optimisation
- HR data governance, security and GDPR
- Working closely with HR, Payroll, L&D and IT stakeholders
- Exposure to HR automation, AI tools or emerging HR technologies would be beneficial, but isn’t essential.
