Excellent Midlands based Business Change and Transformation Manager opportunity, Permanent, Hybrid onsite circa 3 days pw. Tamworth - £60,000 pa plus benefits.
This will be a great role for someone passionate about Business Improvement and Business Change, bringing impactful ideas to life and making a difference to a business and its customers.
You will operate as a key member of the transformation team across the change/project lifecycle from ideation, prioritisation, business case, process change, optimisation, delivery and benefits realisation.
The role will focus on People, Process and Digital Change. Suitable candidates will have good commercial and operational awareness; they are not IT change roles but some initiatives are naturally enabled by IT/Digital.
Change initiatives can be business wide from Supply Chain to Customer Journey improvements that align with the business Transformation Strategy.
Experience of Prosci, Kotters, McKinsey 7s, and/or APMG type Change Manager certification will be beneficial but not essential.
Suitable profiles will demonstrate leading business improvement projects work.
