Job Description
The Position
Are you detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and enjoy hands-on work? We’re looking for a motivated Warehouse Operators to join our team, playing a key role behind the scenes to ensure EFTPOS terminals are fully tested, configured, and ready for reliable, secure use at merchant sites across Australia.
Casual Positions (weekdays)
Full Time Positions:
- Monday to Friday, 6:30am – 2:30pm
- Monday to Friday, 2:30 pm – 10:30pm
Reporting to the Payments Team Leader, your responsibilities will include:
- Clean and inspect payments terminals and accessories to ensure quality and readiness
- Load, install and configure terminal software, firmware, and merchant-specific applications
- Conduct hardware tests and diagnostic checks to ensure all components are fully functional
- Test network connectivity (4G/Wi-Fi/Ethernet) to confirm operational performance
- Prepare devices for dispatch with all relevant documentation
- Log device configuration and status into inventory and tracking systems
- Identify, document, and escalate faults for further repair or investigation
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current, satisfactory National Police Check
- Technically minded with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working with small electronics or hardware devices
- Basic understanding of software installation/configuration processes
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow clear procedures
- Good communication and teamwork skills
The following are advantageous but not essential:
- Previous experience in a technical, warehousing, or electronics environment
- Familiarity with EFTPOS, POS systems, or payment terminals
You’ll be joining a friendly team, in a supportive and engaging environment that values reliability, teamwork, and a positive attitude.
