The Demand Generation Lead (UK/EMEA) will lead the strategy, development, and execution of integrated marketing programs to drive pipeline growth and Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) across the UK and EMEA region. This role is responsible for delivering measurable demand generation outcomes through multi-channel campaigns, account-based marketing (ABM), and close alignment with Sales. The role requires a data-driven marketer who can optimize both internal and external resources, manage campaigns end-to-end, and continuously improve performance through insights and analytics. The ideal candidate will partner cross-functionally to ensure marketing efforts directly support revenue growth and business objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Demand Generation Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute quarterly and annual demand generation plans aligned to revenue targets, focusing on pipeline creation, MQL generation, and account engagement.
  • Campaign Development & Execution: Design, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across channels including email, digital, social media, webinars, events, content marketing, and ABM.
  • Pipeline & Lead Management: Own MQL targets and pipeline contribution, ensuring effective lead generation, nurturing, and handoff to Sales.
  • Sales Alignment & Enablement: Partner closely with Sales to align on target accounts, campaign strategy, and pipeline priorities; support Sales with insights, tools, and campaign follow-up strategies.
  • Data, Performance & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance against KPIs (MQLs, conversion rates, pipeline, ROI), using data to continuously optimize performance.
  • Marketing Technology & Systems: Leverage platforms such as Salesforce, Account Engagement (Pardot), and other tools to manage campaigns, track performance, and improve lead lifecycle management.
  • Vendor & Resource Management: Manage external agencies, vendors, and partners to support campaign execution and enhance marketing capabilities.
  • Content & Messaging Alignment: Ensure all campaign assets and communications align with Amtech’s brand, value proposition, and target audience needs.
  • Market & Industry Insight: Stay current on industry trends, competitor activity, and best practices to ensure marketing strategies remain innovative and competitive.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Support, and other internal teams to align messaging, campaigns, and go-to-market initiatives.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a strong focus on demand generation and pipeline growth.
  • Proven track record of delivering measurable lead generation and pipeline results.
  • Experience developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, events, ABM, content).
  • Strong understanding of lead lifecycle management and marketing-to-sales funnel optimisation.
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (Salesforce, Pardot/Account Engagement preferred).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in SaaS, ERP, or technology industries preferred.
  • Experience in manufacturing, packaging, or related industries is a plus.
