We currently have an opportunity for a Chef to join Eothen Homes, Gosforth, working 40 hours per week (4 days), working 10 hour shifts over a 3 week rolling rota.
Responsibilities:
- Provide a balanced and nutritious diet through a series of flexible menus suitable to the needs of residents living in the home.
- Supervise Kitchen Assistants.
Qualifications:
- Intermediate Food Hygiene Certificate or appropriate catering training and/or wide experience of good catering practice.
- An enhanced Disclosure Barring Service check is required.
