Das sind deine Aufgaben:
- Erarbeiten eines standardisierten BIM-Katalogs für verschiedene Gewerke in der Gebäudetechnik
- Verantwortlich für Koordination und Führung des Plan- und Datenaustauschs während der gesamten Planungs- und Bauphase von mittleren bis grossen Bauten
- Planen und Koordinieren gebäudetechnischer Systeme nach Vorgaben der Projektleitung
- Räumliche Koordination zwischen Architektur, Statik und allen Gewerken der Gebäudetechnik
Das bringst du mit:
- Abschluss als Techniker:in TS bzw. HF im Bereich Haustechnikkoordination, abgeschlossenes Architekturstudium oder Bauzeichner
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung mit Autodesk-REVIT
- Sie sind ein/e Teamplayer:in und bringen sich aktiv ins Team ein
- Sozial- und Führungskompetenzen um interdisziplinäre Projektteams zu führen
- Zuverlässige Persönlichkeit mit zielgerichteter Arbeitsweise sowie integralem Denken
