Skills you\'ll need to bring:
- 1+ years of experience as an Amazon Account Manager
- Conversational English at B2+ level
- Experience in analytics and reporting
- Basic knowledge of Amazon PPC

In this role, you will:
- Receiving new clients from the sales department, gathering and organizing key information.
- Transferring client data to other departments.
- Conducting client meetings, discussing audits, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Maintaining regular communication with clients through chats and online meetings.
- Resolving crisis situations with clients.
- Monitoring task completion and ensuring KPI achievement.
- Collaborating with contractors and other company departments.
- Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
- Analyzing client statistics.
- Verifying invoices and collecting client feedback.
- Overseeing the PPC team
- Analyzing and promptly identifying root causes of issues with products on Amazon, determining core factors, and finding effective solutions
