We are looking to recruit an experienced, enthusiastic Projects Manager to assist with the day to day running of various Fit Out & Refurbishment projects across the Northwest of England. You must have a varied knowledge and skill set across the Construction Industry with the ability to manage more than one project at any one time - the value of the projects can range anywhere from £20,000 to £10,000,000.

It is essential that you have at least 4 years’ of up-to-date knowledge in Construction Contracts and experience in Refurbishment projects with relevant qualifications in relation to Health & Safety / Management (ideally a HNC / HND in Construction Management or minimum SMSTS certification) with a valid CSCS Card.

This is a full-time permanent position 45hrs per week typically worked between 07.30am – 5.00pm Monday to Friday with great Company benefits including free access to our Employee Assistance Programme supporting our Employees Mental Health & Well-being. Excellent competitive salary with car allowance, negotiable dependent upon experience and qualifications.
