- Organising and attending site visits with Clients and Sub-contractors
- Client liaison (attend Client progress meetings to keep abreast of any commercial issues)
- Ability to work on multiple tenders in a busy environment
- Adaptable and able to quickly learn our Software – Eque2 / Evaluate
- MS Project proficient would be an advantage
- Undertake Client Tender Presentations
- Technical knowledge of the construction methods being applied to tenders
- You will be required to attend sites to carry out surveys, so a full UK driving licence is essential
- Excellent level of computer literacy (in particular with all Microsoft packages – Word, Excel)
- A common-sense approach to information sourcing and problem solving
- The ideal candidate will be a hard-working individual with excellent communication skills
- The Estimating role is client and customer facing so a confident attitude is required as there may be times presentations are required
