About the Role. . We are looking for a motivated and organised Online Sales Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will support the day-to-day management of online sales, customer enquiries, orders, product listings and stock information.. .

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries and orders through email, online chat and social media..
• Process online sales orders accurately and coordinate with logistics for delivery..
• Maintain and update product listings on the company website and e-commerce platforms..
• Monitor stock levels and ensure product availability is accurately reflected online..
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally and efficiently..
• Work with the marketing team to support online promotions and special offers..
• Monitor online sales performance and prepare regular reports for management..
• Maintain accurate sales and customer records..
• Follow company policies, procedures and relevant industry requirements..

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales administration, online sales or customer service is desirable..
• Good communication and customer service skills..
• Strong organisational and administrative skills..
• Good IT skills and confidence using online sales platforms..
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team..
• Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Experience: Not required

Employment: Full-time

Salary: £31,300 – £32,000 yearly
