The Role
We are looking for a Senior Manager to lead complex talent technology programmes within our Technology Consulting practice, with a focus on SmartRecruiters and the broader talent technology ecosystem. In this role, you will oversee large-scale technology transformation programmes, leading implementation and advisory engagements for enterprise organisations. You will work closely with senior client stakeholders while guiding consulting teams and ensuring successful programme delivery.
Key Accountabilities
- Lead complex SmartRecruiters implementation and transformation programmes
- Advise clients on talent technology strategy, operating models, and technology roadmaps
- Oversee programme delivery across multiple workstreams and consulting teams
- Build trusted relationships with senior client and technology partner stakeholders
- Lead governance forums including steering committees and executive updates
- Ensure successful delivery against scope, timeline, and budget
Skills & Requirements
You will need to demonstrate:
Must haves
- Extensive experience delivering enterprise HR or recruitment technology programmes
- Strong experience with SmartRecruiters or other leading ATS platforms
- Background in technology consulting, HR technology advisory, or large-scale system implementations
- Experience managing senior client stakeholders and complex transformation programmes
- Strong commercial awareness and experience managing consulting engagements
Nice to have
- Professional fluency in French or German
