We’re looking for a Services Procurement Consultant who is responsible for collaborating with stakeholders providing guidance and education on PSR SOW and PSR RA as permissible routes to market, consulting on the suitability of the requests to be managed as well as supporting customer stakeholders running competitive RA requirements.
If you’re good at Business Forecasting, Contract and Vendor Management as well as Proposal Writing and have in-depth Procurement and Commercial Contract knowledge you might be exactly who we’re looking for.
Key Accountabilities- Managing the E2E Procurement Service and apply your skills to share best practice and knowledge across the wider PSR Services Procurement team.
- Support the use of VMS technology by the CA stakeholders and suppliers to ensure transaction activity is recorded within Fieldglass.
- Apply your skills to validate the SOW and RA details, paying particular attention to the details required for SOW Milestones and Acceptance Criteria, dates, Purchase Order and resolve any issues that may need addressing.
- Work with PSR Vendor Management to set up new vendors as requested by Contracting Authorities.
- Use your analytical skills to provide insight to the stakeholder on the suitability of their request to be managed as a SOW or RA.
- Draw on your expertise to educate stakeholders on the appropriate SOW or RA route and support them in drafting initial RA requirements and SOW milestones.
- Use of reporting skills to support internal and client stakeholders PO/ invoicing queries.
- Apply your skills to identify ways in which to continually develop and improve processes and procedures working in conjunction with PSR Services Procurement team and CA stakeholders.
- Become a first point of contact for the stakeholder in relation to specific SOW queries, variations and escalations.
