Role Overview
As a senior recruiter supporting Morgan Stanley, you will lead end‑to‑end recruitment for experienced hires in the M&A Investment Banking sector. Your focus will be on building strong relationships with senior stakeholders, driving candidate pipelines, ensuring data integrity, and delivering an outstanding candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Build trusted partner relationships with senior hiring managers and client stakeholders.
- Own the recruitment service delivery, ensuring timelines, contractual obligations, and client SLAs are met.
- Lead vacancy consultation discussions to define recruitment plans, sourcing strategy, DEI requirements, and pay range.
- Collaborate with the sourcing team to source, screen, and shortlist high‑quality candidates, and deliver a superior candidate experience.
- Support hiring managers through coaching, offer negotiations, and decision‑making.
- Monitor candidate funnel metrics, address bottlenecks, and co‑operate with sourcing, interview scheduling, and administration teams.
- Maintain real‑time data integrity across client and AMS systems, identify and mitigate compliance risks.
