The Role

As a Senior Recruiter, you will assist Hiring Managers in filling open positions in the Clinical Ops, by offering expert guidance and ensuring quality throughout the recruitment process. You will be responsible for creating and delivering excellent recruitment services and following the established service agreements. This role requires to use recruitment technology tools and manage 360 recruitment processes. You\’ll engage directly with the client where you will give expert advice and manage their expectations at every stage of the hiring process.

We are looking for English-speaking Senior Recruiter, with proven recruitment experience in the Clinical Operations, proficient in direct sourcing and managing passive candidates. Additionally, we are looking for candidates who are able to leverage AI tools to enhance sourcing efforts.

Key Accountabilities

What you\’ll be doing:

  • Managing full life cycle recruitment processes, including active and passive sourcing, for the Clinical Operations in EMEA
  • Facilitating the interview, selection and offer process
  • Building and strengthening relationships with Hiring Managers through excellent planning and delivery
  • Consulting with Hiring Managers on hiring needs and priorities
  • Ensuring great Candidate and Hiring Manager\’s experience
  • Producing timely and accurate management information, keeping system updated
  • Delivering results against client SLAs, KPIs and team objectives

Skills & Experience

What you need to have to be successful:

  • 5+ years of experience in managing full life cycle recruitments for the C linical Operations (Clinical Research Associates, Clinical Trial Assistants, Clinical Project Managers, Biostatisticians) is a must
  • Experience in recruitment within the Biostats and Statistic Programming is a great asset
  • Experience in various Candidate active and passive sourcing strategies (e.g. direct search, Boolean search, AI, web sourcing, networking, advertising and database searching)
  • Business fluency in English, both spoken and written
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build long-lasting relationships with Candidates, Client and Teammates
  • Strong customer focus and the ability to manage senior stakeholders
  • Strong project management skills
  • Experience in the use of ATS (Workday), recruitment technology platforms, and AI tools
