Then we would like to talk to you!As a Senior Recruiter, you will assist Hiring Managers in filling open positions by offering expert guidance and ensuring quality throughout the recruitment process. You will be responsible for creating and delivering excellent recruitment services and following the established service agreements. This role requires to use recruitment technology tools and manage process including completing 1st stage competency-based interviews. You\โll engage directly with the client where you will give expert advice and manage their expectations at every stage of the hiring process.You\โll support our success by:Take full ownership to ensure the recruitment service is delivered in line with contractual obligationsLead vacancy consultation discussions in partnership with the Sourcer to agree the recruitment plans with hiring managersโ this includes role requirements, sourcing strategy, DEI requirements, pay range, agreed timeframes, responsibilities of all involved, and the selection processCollaborate with Sourcing team on the iterative process of narrowing down high-quality candidate and jointly review the shortlist with the hiring managerDeliver excellent candidate experience in conjunction with the Sourcer; managing candidate satisfaction with the recruitment experience, from initial interview to start dateComplete the initial competency-based interview with the Hiring Manager, followed by attending the second-stage technical interviewSupport the hiring manager with hiring decisions and guide them in determining an appropriate offer; lead the (often complex) offer process and negotiations to close the candidateAnticipate potential stakeholder issues within own area of expertise, taking action to address, and using judgement to escalate appropriatelyProactively manage the future demand by facilitating demand planning meetings to discuss forecasts with client resourcing lead teamBuild proactive pipelining strategies and share insights with hiring managers to support strategic decision-making and execution outside of live demand.
