The Role
As an Early Careers & Campus Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for coordinating and managing the end‑to‑end candidate selection process, from campus outreach to final offers. Leveraging your skills in relationship‑building and process management, you’ll collaborate with educational institutions, organise campus recruitment events, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and support candidates throughout their hiring journey. Your efforts will ensure a seamless and positive experience for all Early Career candidates, aligning with each client’s unique values and strategic goals.
What you’ll be doing
- Managing account specific activities such as CV screening, requisition management, interview scheduling, help desk support, candidate checklist management, updating applicant tracking system, and offer and onboarding.
- Managing other various ad‑hoc administration activities to support the effective running of the recruitment process.
- Collaborating on or completing daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports accurately as required within the set deadlines.
- Building and maintaining strong working relationships between all parties including recruiters, hiring managers, vendors (i.e., pre‑employment screening vendor), and other account stakeholders.
- Ensuring stakeholders are continually appraised and updated on the relevant processes.
- Managing day‑to‑day queries relating to their area of responsibility, ensuring all are dealt with in an effective and timely manner and escalated where necessary.
- Participating in continuous improvement implementation within the immediate team.
You’ll need to demonstrate
- Degree or relevant experience in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition.
- Proficient in MS Office and ATS/CRM systems.
- Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, and reporting skills.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines.
- Proactive, collaborative, and solution‑oriented mindset.
- Knowledge of recruitment compliance, policies, and SLAs.
