The Role
You will support client hiring managers with filling their campus/early careers hiring demand and will be responsible for ensuring all quality thresholds and SLA/KPIs are met. The role includes planning and executing campus recruitment activities, managing stakeholder relationships, and delivering excellent recruitment services to the client in line with agreed service levels, acting as the custodian of candidate quality and the hiring manager experience, working in conjunction with onsite and offshore campus colleagues.

- Designing and delivering engaging campus events and recruitment campaigns
- Supporting hiring managers with end-to-end recruitment for early careers roles
- Championing diversity, equity, and inclusion in all hiring efforts
Skills & Requirements
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in recruitment, with a focus on early careers or campus hiring
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive, creative mindset with a passion for talent development
- Flexibility to work across regions and collaborate in a global team
- Understanding of campus marketing and attraction strategies and delivery (e.g., events, networking, social media and university relations)
- Experience of using recruitment technology
- Strong operational ability, able to operate in a high-volume, fast-paced & process-driven environment
- Competent user of MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint
- Expert administration, organisational and time management skills with excellent attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Nice to have
- Experience in coaching individuals at different stages of their career journey
- Expertise in designing, delivering and/or facilitating soft skills and employability training sessions; vendor selection and management
- Expert in delivering presentations and hosting training events
- Demonstrate interest in learning about the broader market and industry to be able to build a network and provide great market insights to the client and different workstreams
