AMS is seeking an Onsite Recruitment Coordinator for Financial Services in London.

The role supports senior and executive hires, coordinating interviews, offers and international transfers, while maintaining high-touch service for stakeholders. 37.5 hours weekly, permanent contract, hybrid in London.

You will partner with Front Office teams, manage complex recruitment administration, and mentor junior teammates while driving process improvements and accurate reporting.
