The Role
Work location: Chester/ UK
Working model: hybrid, 3 per week (4-5 days per week within first few weeks)
Our role will give you a chance to build and maintain strong working relationships between all parties including Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and other stakeholders. Ready for a challenge? We would like to talk with you! As an Onsite Recruitment Coordinator, you will support the recruitment team for one of AMS's banking clients, based in Chester. In this role, you will be responsible for a range of administrative activities, including interview scheduling, contract preparation, and requisition management.
Key Accountabilities
- Managing various account-specific administration activities, focusing on interview scheduling, contract preparation and requisition management.
- Supporting recruitment teams in other tasks and projects as needed (maintaining trackers, assessment centres, etc).
- Contacting internal and external stakeholders and candidates by phone and email.
- Ensuring queries are dealt with in an effective and timely manner, escalating issues where necessary.
- Working according to the service levels agreements (SLA) and compliance standards.
- Day-to-day contact with HMs, internal & external candidates - by telephone and email.
- Working with recruitment systems and technologies and ensuring they are being used effectively.
- Building and maintaining strong working relationships between all parties, making sure they are constantly up to date with the process.
- Preparing weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports when required.
Skills & Requirements
- Excellent English language skills.
- Previous experience within related administration areas.
- Excellent communication skills and confident telephone manner.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft packages such as Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Experience of working with recruitment applicant tracking systems (such as Workday).
