The Role

At AMS, we prioritise skills and capabilities over traditional job titles. We’ve been pioneers from the start and that mindset still shapes how we work today. We’re looking for a Recruiter – Early Careers and Campus who enjoys challenging conventions, sharing ideas, and helping shape how technology supports the way leading organisations think about talent. Hybrid role: 3 days/week Client site in London.

Key Accountabilities

  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with hiring managers and key client stakeholders.
  • Deliver end-to-end campus recruitment processes, providing expert guidance on timelines, recruitment strategy, and best practices.
  • Monitor recruitment funnel metrics with the admin team to identify and address potential bottlenecks.
  • Organise, facilitate, and assess virtual assessment centres and coordinate face‑time interviews.
  • Support hiring managers in making hiring decisions, lead calibration discussions, and manage the offer process.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to both successful and unsuccessful candidates.
  • Maintain a visible presence by spending time onsite and visiting partner universities to strengthen stakeholder relationships.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including the Philippines CoE and TA Business Partners, to ensure a seamless client and candidate experience.
  • Keep the Early Careers Recruitment Manager informed of any relevant updates or issues.

Skills & Requirements

Must haves:

  • Early Careers / Campus recruitment experience
  • Experience delivering end-to-end recruitment campaigns aligned with client needs
  • Understanding of relevant recruitment legislation (e.g., age discrimination)
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship‑building skills
  • Experience managing and coordinating recruitment projects
  • Exposure to client engagement at multiple levels

Nice to haves:

  • In‑house or RPO recruitment experience
  • Knowledge of graduate recruitment tools and best practices (e.g., job profiling, campus attraction, selection and assessment)
  • Experience working to demanding targets, ratios, and SLAs
  • Professional Services recruitment experience
