The Role

Ready to shape the future of partner marketing? In this high-impact role, you'll be the driving force behind integrated marketing strategies that amplify our partnerships and accelerate growth. You'll own the end-to-end process—from crafting joint value propositions and messaging frameworks to executing multi-channel campaigns that deliver measurable results. You'll collaborate with top technology partners and internal teams to design bold go-to-market plans, manage co-investment budgets, and create sales enablement programs that empower success. From industry events and webinars to ABM initiatives and digital campaigns, you'll lead efforts that put our partnerships in the spotlight. Key Accountabilities

  • Develop and own integrated partner marketing plans aligned to partner GTM objectives and company growth strategy.
  • Build joint value propositions, messaging frameworks, and sales enablement assets for technology partner solutions.
  • Design and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns (digital, events, ABM, social, PR) in collaboration with partners and broader marketing team.
  • Manage MDF (Market Development Funds) budgets, co-investment proposals, and ROI tracking.
  • Partner with Sales and Alliances to deliver enablement programs and partner account-based marketing initiatives.
  • Drive joint participation in industry events, webinars, analyst briefings, and customer reference programs.
  • Track, analyze, and report on partner marketing program performance, providing insights for continuous improvement.
  • Serve as the internal advocate for partner needs and opportunities, influencing product and GTM strategy.

Skills & Experiences

  • Proven ability to build and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Experience managing and nurturing strategic partner relationships that drive mutual growth.
  • Strong understanding of B2B buyer journeys, market dynamics, and integrated marketing strategies.
  • Ability to create and execute joint go-to-market and co-marketing plans, including setting shared KPIs and aligning objectives.
  • Demonstrated experience executing multi-channel marketing campaigns end-to-end, from planning to performance measurement.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) for lead management, tracking, and reporting.
  • Familiarity with ABM platforms such as 6sense and marketing automation/web platforms to run targeted campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, build dashboards, and provide actionable insights.
  • Experience running and optimizing webinars, virtual events, and in-person events.
  • Solid marketing operations experience, including database management, campaign execution, and performance tracking.
