As a Client Marketing Senior Manager you will design and implement integrated, multi-channel campaigns that drive increased engagement and increase share of wallet across our client portfolio and be the primary conduit of communication for client marketing communications. This role is an extension of the client team delivering marketing and communications support. The ideal candidate will be data driven and have several years of experience developing client engagement and marketing campaigns.
Key Accountabilities
- Client first approach: Put the customer at the centre of everything we do and look at ways to enhance their business and drive growth.
- Understand client challenges and priorities based on your account knowledge that you derive from the Client Director community.
- Develop messaging and content that resonates with clients based on the feedback loop from the Client Director community.
- Build cross-channel, integrated campaign plan that delivers value, includes pipeline targets, and other metrics to measure effectiveness.
- Work with L&D to ensure the CDs have what they need to effectively communicate the campaigns to clients, solicit feedback from CDs and replicate success.
- Manage the Voice of the Customer program, ensuring quality client input, and all actions are tracked to conclusion with each client – plus all learnings shared across the portfolio globally.
- Campaign leadership and project management: Lead a project team of functional specialists from across the marketing team to deliver the campaign on time and within budget.
- Ensure that everyone in the project team is clear on their role within the campaign and hold people to account for their deliverables.
- Project manage the development and execution of the campaign from start to finish.
- Keep a campaign project plan up to date and accessible to all who need access.
- Ensure that all relevant marketing briefs are completed within the relevant time frame and that all marketing processes are followed.
- Run creative and content briefings to teams within marketing and the business as needed.
- Work with each of the marketing functions to ensure all key channels that are applicable are covered: email marketing, PR, analysts, social, paid media channels, growth team for events, digital events etc.
- Client engagement and campaign tracking and reporting: Track the results of overall client engagement including CHROs.
- Track campaign effectiveness through engagement and pipeline metrics and make recommendations on campaign pivots where needed.
- Ensure that any lessons learned in one area of the campaign are applied, as appropriate, in other channels.
- Develop a good working knowledge of 6Sense and work within the system on a regular basis to build reports and track the impact of the campaign in driving engagement and moving our target audience down the funnel.
- Maintain and report quarterly on the client marketing dashboard KPIs.
Skills & Experience
What you need to have to be successful:
- Several years of experience developing and delivering client marketing campaigns.
- Experience in account based marketing and content marketing.
- A data-driven mindset leveraging data to drive strategy and results.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to engage, motivate and lead an agile project team to support multiple requests across rapid timelines.
- Ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels and in all functions of the organisation and clearly articulate the value of every campaign they launch to clients.
- Creative lens and natural storytelling skills.
- Ability to turn complex solutions into simple engaging content that resonates with clients.
- Experience of running marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Excellent writing skills.
Nice to haves:
- Understanding of 6Sense and digital paid media campaigns preferred.
- Digital marketing experience.
- Experience working within the talent industry an advantage.
- Ability to engage, motivate and lead an agile project team over whom they have no direct line control.
