You will coordinate and manage the end‑to‑end candidate selection process, from campus outreach to final offers. You will build relationships with educational institutions, organise campus recruitment events, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and support candidates throughout their hiring journey. Your goal is to ensure a seamless and positive experience for all Early Career candidates and to align with each client’s unique values and strategic goals.

Key Accountabilities

  • Manage account‑specific activities such as CV screening, requisition management, interview scheduling, help desk support, candidate checklist management, updating the applicant tracking system, and handling offers and onboarding.
  • Perform various administrative activities to support the effective running of the recruitment process.
  • Prepare and deliver daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports accurately within the set deadlines.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure stakeholders are continuously updated on relevant processes.
  • Manage day‑to‑day queries within your area of responsibility, ensuring timely resolution and escalation where necessary.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the team.

Skills & Requirements

  • Degree or relevant experience in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ATS/CRM systems.
  • Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, and reporting skills.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and solution‑oriented mindset.
