The Role

For the HSBC account, we're looking for a Senior Tech Recruiter, good at managing end to end tech recruitments, balancing both sourcing and recruiting activities, and working towards ambitious goals in a high performing environment. Contract type: FTC for 6 months.
Location: London, Leeds or Birmingham (occasional travel is required).
Key Accountabilities
- Apply your full-cycle tech recruitment expertise to manage the end to end recruitment processes for Tech and IT mid-level, niche roles at HSBC, from initial intake meetings with hiring managers to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Use your technology-driven skills to utilize and master a suite of modern recruitment technologies, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), AI-powered sourcing tools, automated screening platforms, and data analytics dashboards to optimize workflow and increase productivity.
- Collaborate with the client for 'always on' and 'on demand' sourcing, taking accountability to drive specific specialist sourcing activity within market, advising on market trends, sourcing strategies, and best practices.
- Contribute to Candidate exceptional experience throughout the entire process by screening, phone interviewing, and evaluating candidates efficiently and effectively.
- Drive improvements in tasks within the recruitment workflow to focus on value-added activities.
- Use your abilities for stakeholder collaboration, partnering closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, advising as a subject matter expert, providing regular updates, and managing expectations.
- Collaborate with Employer Brand and Experience to promote employer brand and attract top talent.
- Apply compliance and best practices to ensure all recruitment activities are conducted in compliance with relevant labor laws and company policies.
Skills & Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to apply end to end tech recruitment expertise gained within Banking or Financial sector.
- Strength in proactive candidate sourcing strategies including direct search, Boolean search, web sourcing, networking, advertising, and database searching to identify and engage talent.
- Familiarity with modern recruitment technologies, including Applicant Tracking Systems and other digital recruitment tools such as automated interview platforms and sourcing technologies.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively in a fast paced, high pressure environment.
- Communication, senior stakeholder management & relationship building skills to develop strong partnerships with stakeholders and create positive interactions with candidates, both current and future.
- Strength in using business English, both spoken and written, to communicate effectively with candidates and stakeholders.
