The Role
The Employer Brand Delivery Lead is responsible for the day-to-day delivery of assigned Employer Brand Advisory accounts and their respective projects to ensure smooth delivery and execution that helps build trusted partnerships.
Working closely with the Client Relationship Manager and Client Partner, they manage and coordinate employer branding and recruitment marketing solutions through the project lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery against project scope, budget, and the creative brief. They effectively execute strategies, problem-solve, and develop solid business relationships. They have a keen eye for details and quality control, with a focus on getting it right first time, every time, whilst following outlined processes and procedures to deliver excellent customer service.
Client Service & Delivery
- Responsible for the delivery of a wide range of employer branding projects from start to finish with oversight by a Client Relationship Manager and in partnership with the wider project team. Services may include EVP development, multi-channel recruitment marketing campaigns, content marketing strategy and execution, social media, landing pages and career site development.
- Proactively manages end-to-end initiatives with support from the Client Relationship Manager through standardised project management processes, documentation, and administration.
- Forms excellent partnerships with clients and the wider team and proactively manages communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Assists with preparing research and background information for the team, for briefs / pitches / presentations as appropriate.
- Organises project briefings and manages status updates to keep all relevant parties informed of actions, milestones, risks, issues, and mitigations.
- Develops and maintains an agreed project plan and detailed stage plans. Plans project activities within overall budget and timeline, managing scope and client expectations throughout the projects.
- Coordinates creative delivery to ensure projects are within scope, on time and on budget.
- Monitors hours and scope usage to ensure solutions are delivered within agreed scope, budget, and timelines, raising to the Client Relationship Manager when issues arise.
- Leads or contributes to lessons learned exercises, documenting, and sharing output for ongoing team development and knowledge sharing.
New Business & Growth
- Identify out of scope requests and activities and raise to Client Relationship Manager or Client Partner
- Assists Client Relationship Manager in scoping new projects by documenting requirements.
Operations, Commercial and Practice Management
- Follows process and protocols for client service and project delivery while looking for opportunities to improve efficiency
- Monitor creative and production version control for correct job reconciliation to manage margins
- Support Client Relationship Manager in ensuring the financial health of projects, including monitoring and maintaining financial data, updating trackers weekly where relevant and working with finance to ensure timely and accurate invoicing.
- Responsible for the quality of output across all client delivery
- Understanding of AMS systems β Monday.com, D365, and NFI etc. and maintaining knowledge of these on an ongoing basis
- Takes personal responsibility for own Training and development through AMS and/or online independent courses and resources
- Effectively brief external suppliers and follow all relevant process
Critical Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Relevant previous experience within a similar employer brand/ talent, communications, advertising or brand agency environment
- Experience of developing project plans for a wide range of employer brand and creative projects
- Experience of delivering employer brand or creative projects on time and to budget
- Understands creative process and experience working with creative teams
- Experience with end-to-end project lifecycle management and has managed a wide variety of branding projects
- Attention to detail with strong desire for accuracy and quality
- Outstanding organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of employer branding best practices, case studies and the latest innovations in the industry

- Experience of working with remote teams
