The Role

You will deliver recruitment services in line with agreed service levels and campaigns. This will involve supporting the delivery of the logistics of all Rolls-Royce Early Careers attraction events, including all booking activities, logistics arrangements, collateral supply and coordination of attendees.

Key Accountabilities

  • You will handle all correspondence, including email queries.
  • You will work with the Recruiters/Sourcing lead to identify areas of opportunity within the diversity of applicants coming through Workday applications, to advise the Campus Recruiter of any patterns or trends.
  • You will coordinate all event scheduling and participant invites and assessment pack presentations.
  • You will attend weekly calls with the client to discuss attraction.
  • Help deliver the work experience programmes (insight weeks).
  • Planning and organising programme sessions, events, logistics, materials, etc.
  • Support delivering presentations and co-hosting training events.
  • When required you will support the recruitment team in the end-to-end recruitment processes including project work.

Client Focus

  • Provide a high level of candidate care and frequency of appropriate communication in line with client guidelines.
  • Build a good understanding of client's business and skills required by candidates to succeed within it.
  • Build collaborative relationships across the Campus Recruitment team and manage issues, escalating as required.
  • Obtain feedback from event attendees on how service can be improved.
  • Custodian of client EVP, ensuring the proposition conveyed is compelling and is followed through the campus event calendar.

Team

  • Understands AMS people are a key market differentiator and is genuinely committed to aligning team behaviour to the AMS charter.
  • Support the rest of the team on an ongoing basis to achieve targets and goals.
  • Provide administrative support in other areas and work on ad hoc client projects as required.
  • Escalate any issues to the Manager in relation to issues with the supply of attraction and recruitment services.

Specialist/Technical Expertise

  • Add value to your business area through awareness and understanding of campus events, university relationships, recruitment skills, social media or marketing trends and graduate market knowledge.
  • Identifying areas of process improvement, service enhancement, related strategic projects and opportunities to increase the scope of the service and communicating these to the Client Services Manager and the team.
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation and SLAs.

Skills & Requirements

Must Haves:

  • Event scheduling experience.
  • Able to commit to extensive travelling to attend attraction events and out of hours of work when necessary.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement experience.
  • Meticulous - to complete work tasks with thoroughness, accuracy and consistency.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft packages - Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to negotiate with and influence others and be clear, engaging and professional in written communications.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage conflicting priorities in a demanding environment.

Nice to Haves:

  • Avature/Yello and Workday knowledge.
  • Working knowledge of recruitment technology and systems.
  • Project management.
