The Role

This role will support the Early Careers Programmes team in the planning and execution of the intern and full-time entry-level training programmes and continued development training. As the Early Careers Programmes Coordinator, you will facilitate and manage the logistics relating to the training programmes. You will collaborate closely with our stakeholders, who are recent graduates and interns, alongside our Early Careers Programme Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about junior talent and interested in a role relating to learning and development.

Key Accountabilities

What you\’ll be doing:

  • Design and execute the Intern training programs and event schedule, with guidance from Programme Managers; this includes supporting the planning and running of the induction day
  • Programme coordination of all core Full Time Training Programmes including new starter and induction admin; ensuring project plans are complete and that all logistics are planned for ahead of each programme. Working closely with Campus Recruitment to confirm class lists and ensure that all programme participant details are up-to-date
  • Liaise with training vendors to confirm logistics and course materials; consolidate & prepare materials for distribution prior to program delivery
  • Act as one of the central point of contacts for class participants during programme execution in addition to training vendors
  • Event coordination and management; liaising with our event sourcing vendor to confirm venues, confirming event logistics and requirements with venues as well as the general running of the events
  • Sourcing of business unit representation to support the successful delivery of our entry level programmes – speakers, networkers, etc.
  • Budget tracking, process team invoices and monitor actual spend
  • Support the implementation and running of the continued education programmes
  • Delivery of any other allocated project or programme linked tasks
  • Support on the preparation and delivery of programme debriefs with the BU stakeholders and vendors
  • Keep updated on internal process changes, and ensure the clients compliance & policies are adhered to

  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Experienced in Microsoft office skills (Excel & PowerPoint)

Nice to Haves:

  • Early Careers & Campus Recruitment coordination experience or have worked in an Investment Bank within a Coordination role previously
