AMS is seeking a Recruiter or Senior Recruiter to join our Investment Banking client, onsite 3-4 days per week in Chester, to support the Back Office function. You will deliver excellent recruitment services, build relationships with hiring managers, and guide resourcing to meet start dates and KPIs.
The Senior Recruiter will also mentor the sourcing and admin teams, manage candidate relationships through to offer, and ensure data accuracy in reporting.
