Location: Birmingham, United Kingdom (4 days onsite)
Job Type & Duration: Fixed Term Contract - 12 months
Key Accountabilities
- Support Talent Engagement Advisors with operational and logistical needs across firmwide and regional programs, events, and engagement initiatives
- Create, update, and maintain SharePoint sites and internal trackers (e.g., engagement programs, networks, events, and calendars)
- Schedule, organize, and support meetings and events (virtual, hybrid, and in‑person), including coordination with conference services and venue partners
- Manage room setup, materials distribution, and on‑site logistics for engagement programs and events
- Partner with internal teams and external vendors to support speaker coordination, technical needs, and production logistics
- Draft and distribute email communications related to Talent Engagement programs and events using firm‑approved tools
- Manage calendar invites and scheduling for speakers, vendors, and internal stakeholders
- Coordinate program and event briefings, including light research and preparation support
- Prepare follow‑up communications such as speaker thank‑you notes and post‑event materials
- Support employee engagement networks and forums, including responding to requests and maintaining shared resources
- Manage Talent Engagement calendars, mailboxes, and collaboration portals
- Pull and synthesize data from internal dashboards and reports; support preparation of Excel and PowerPoint materials for program updates and leadership review
- Assist with measuring program impact using qualitative and quantitative data
- Track program expenses, support budget management, and submit invoices as needed
- Provide ad‑hoc administrative and operational support to ensure smooth execution of Talent Engagement initiatives
