Senior Coordinator, Campus Recruitment who brings strong capability in recruitment operations, stakeholder partnership, and process excellence , and is motivated to contribute to real, measurable results.
You'll work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, vendors, and candidates while helping to deliver an exceptional recruitment experience and ensuring operational accuracy and compliance.
- Key Accountabilities
- Apply your recruitment operations expertise to manage account-specific activities across the recruitment lifecycle, including requisition management, application screening, assessments, interview coordination, offer management, onboarding, reporting, and ATS administration.
- Use your organisational and prioritisation skills to deliver recruitment activities within agreed service level agreements and quality standards.
- Leverage your attention to detail to conduct quality reviews and 4-eye checks, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with recruitment policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, vendors, and other stakeholders to deliver a seamless candidate and stakeholder experience.
- Use your communication and relationship-building skills to respond to queries, provide process guidance, and support the resolution of escalations.
- Drive continuous improvement by reviewing recruitment processes, identifying efficiencies, and contributing to enhanced ways of working.
- Apply your leadership and coordination skills to support work allocation, monitor task completion, and review the quality and accuracy of coordinator output.
- Contribute to operational excellence by maintaining operational documentation, including process manuals and work instructions.
- Use your analytical and administrative skills to support invoicing, purchase order management, referral tracking, and reporting activities.
- Demonstrate accountability for meeting performance expectations, including data accuracy, utilisation, compliance, training completion, and stakeholder satisfaction measures.

- Demonstrated ability in recruitment coordination, recruitment administration, or talent acquisition operations.
- Strength in stakeholder management and building effective working relationships across multiple teams and functions.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high levels of quality and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver work effectively within service level agreements and agreed deadlines.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to provide guidance, manage expectations, and respond to stakeholder and candidate queries.
- Ability to follow established processes while ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and governance requirements.
- Experience reviewing work for accuracy and supporting quality assurance activities.
- Demonstrated ability to identify process improvements and contribute to operational efficiency.
- Strength in collaboration, knowledge sharing, and partnering effectively with colleagues.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Administration technology literacy and confidence working with recruitment systems and digital tools.
