Programme: Level 3 Bid & Proposal Coordinator Apprenticeship (with JGA)

Key Accountabilities

What\’s the Role All About?

You\’ll be part of a high performing, global team working on real business proposals that help win new clients and keep existing clients. Over 12-18 months, you\’ll learn how to:

  • Coordinate bids from start to finish
  • Work with teams across the entire AMS business, learning about each function and how their role contributes to business success
  • Write, edit and format professional documents
  • Stay ahead of tight deadlines, project managing internal and external stakeholders
  • Delve into online research to uncover insights that shape our strategy, from market trends to client needs
  • Use industry tools and bid software
  • Help shape how AMS present themselves to the world

  • Strong writing, analysing and communication skills
  • Organisational skills and time management
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn and get involved in a wide variety of tasks
