The Role
At AMS, we're building teams that are curious, collaborative, and committed to delivering great work for our clients. We're looking for a Senior Recruiter with Spanish who enjoys partnering with stakeholders, values teamwork, and takes pride in delivering high-quality hiring outcomes. If you're strong in end-to-end recruitment, stakeholder management, and candidate experience, and you're excited to grow in a supportive, high-touch environment, you might be exactly who we're looking for. Please note that this is a temporary assignment with a duration of 12 months.
Key Accountabilities
- Apply your end-to-end recruitment expertise to deliver hires against agreed timelines, SLAs, and quality standards
- Partner closely with senior hiring managers to advise on attraction strategies, role requirements, and market insights
- Collaborate with Sourcing and Administration teams to ensure a seamless candidate and client experience
- Lead vacancy consultations, shortlisting, interviews, and complex offer negotiations
- Drive improvements in recruitment delivery, data quality, and stakeholder satisfaction
- Proactively build and manage talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs
- Coach and mentor junior recruiters and sourcers, sharing best practices and market knowledge
Skills & Requirements
Must have:
- Demonstrated experience in end-to-end recruitment, ideally in an RPO or high-volume, client-facing environment
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with confidence engaging senior hiring managers
- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions while meeting SLAs and quality targets
- High attention to detail and comfort working with ATS/CRM systems and recruitment data
- Excellent communication, prioritisation, and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
Nice to have:
- Experience working in high-touch or complex hiring environments
- Exposure to talent pipelining, assessment centres, or workforce planning
- Previous experience mentoring or coaching others
- Additional language skills or industry expertise, depending on client needs
- Italian language fluency.
