The Role

Your next opportunity shouldn't depend on your last job title but on your skills. We are looking for a Senior Recruiter who brings strong capability in delivering end to end recruitment processes and stakeholder management and is motivated to contribute to real, measurable results. You will assist Hiring Managers by offering expert guidance and ensuring quality throughout the recruitment process. You will be responsible for creating and delivering excellent recruitment services and manage end-to-end process. You'll engage directly with the client where you will give expert advice and manage their expectations at every stage of the hiring process. For this role, we need an individual with fluent German, deep expertise of the DACH market and pharma/life sciences industry.

Key Accountabilities

  • Apply your recruitment expertise to lead and manage end to end recruitment processes in DACH region.
  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers and stakeholders to support workforce planning, define role requirements, and deliver high quality shortlists in a timely manner.
  • Contribute to successful hiring outcomes by leveraging your stakeholder management and communication skills to provide a positive experience for candidates and hiring teams.
  • Drive improvements in recruitment processes and delivery through your strengths in market mapping, process optimisation, and managing client expectations.
  • Support data driven recruitment delivery by maintaining accurate systems, producing management information, and delivering results against client SLAs, KPIs and team objectives.

Skills & Requirements

  • Fluency in English and German, both written and spoken.
  • Demonstrated ability in managing end to end recruitment processes and partnering directly with Hiring Managers and Works Councils with a deep expertise of the DACH markets and pharma/life sciences industry.
  • Strength in stakeholder management, with the ability to work effectively with senior leaders and maintain a strong customer focused approach.
  • Familiarity with recruitment technologies, sourcing tools, and applicant tracking systems, or strong learning agility and the ability to quickly adapt to new platforms.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, collaborative, and results driven environment.
  • Strength in communication, relationship building, and analytical thinking, with strong attention to detail and a practical approach to problem solving.
  • Ability to source and engage candidates effectively, building strong talent pipelines across relevant markets.
